Ingredients Side-by-side
Ingredients Explained
These ingredients are found in both products.
Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.
Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.
So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.
You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!
Learn more about WaterLecithin is a term for a group of substances found in plants, animals, and humans. They are made up of mixture of fatty acids. These fatty acids usually are a mixture of phosphoric acid's choline ester connected to stearic, oleic, and palmitic acids. Most lecithins are created from plant ingredients scuh as sunflower.
Lecithin is an emollient. Emollients help soften the skin and creates a barrier to keep moisture in.
As an emulsifier, it also helps prevent water and oil ingredients from separating. Lecithin can help ingredients be better absorbed by the skin. The phospholipids in Lecithin can produce liposomes. Liposomes help other ingredients get through the skin barrier.

Enjoyable to use
This sunscreen melts into the skin (with a bit of effort) and is mostly undetectable. I do notice if your face gets wet it wipes off and you can see it on your hands, but your face doesn't show transfer. I use a translucent powder after it dries to get rid of any shine. I really enjoy this sunscreen overall.

Decent sunscreen. But application not fun.
This is an ideal suncreen to reduce the redness of any acne. It pairs well with the Hero Cosmetic green cream to further reduce the redness of any acne. It does not cause any breakouts for me as it is a nice cover for any acne I have against the sun.
However, this loses a star for the application. It has a white cast but it was slight for me as in a few minutes it sinks in. But this required rubbing the sunscreen onto my skin. As some areas of my face will have white patches when up close as this is due to not rubbing it in enough. I also recommend to wait a few minutes after the moisturizer to apply as pilling could happen. Overall, a decent sunscreen that works with my oily acne prone skin put the application takes time.

so i’ve tried both chemical and mineral sunscreens and whether they’re high end, korean, or just highly praised, they didn’t work for me. the pilling and white cast was horrible in all of them. when i was in a rush i would skip the sunscreen for fear that my makeup would get ruined and i wouldn’t have time to redo it. however this is a sunscreen i will never skip out on. it feels amazing on the skin, it has a white creamy look but it fades completely clear. if you’re wondering, it works for lighter skin too. After all i don’t think anyone looks good with a white cast. i have sensitive skin as well and so far so good. buy it!!!!!!

I love how hydrating this sunscreen is and it also has amazing coverage. It was a life saver throughout the winter because it never once made my skin feel dry and doesn't melt off when you sweat. However, it make me look shiny and kind of oily throughout the day. It took a while for it to absorb, but left a few spots on my face to still look shiny.
