I don't have very bad dark circles under my eyes but I have been using this daily. At first I didn't see anything beneficial about it. But I do think it is quite moisturizing as an eye moisturizer and it doesn't sting. One day I was doing my usual skincare and to my horror I saw obvious under eye dark circles. It hasn't really done anything to my dark circles (bc of thinner skin since I lost weight) but it might be hydrating somehow (I use it with snail mucin for the the lines under my eyes)
