it works GREAT with reedle shot or medicube exosome. i used AM PM for 4 weeks. it really does smooth and lighten the skin. BUT it does break me out. i find that if you only put a little bit either AM or PM it should be fine but i am going to give it a break. either that or dont use a moisturizer after, i do notice if i only apply it without moisturizer, i dont break out as bad
