Doesn’t worsen my acne when paired with azelaic acid. Doesn’t irritate me. It did not make my rosacea worse. It is lightweight, which I love. I used tonymoly cat’s purrfect daycream for years before switching to this due to the better price as it seemed to share a lot of ingredients with my previous product.
