Octocrylene protects skin from sun damage. It absorbs UV-B with peak absorption of 304 nm. It is a common sunscreen ingredient and often paired with avobenzone, a UVA filter. Easy to use and affordable
I always breakout whenever I put on sunscreens from different brands but this one suits my oily and acne-prone skin very well. This sunscreen didnt break me out but some how after using it, it can make my skin dry even though it has ceramides in it but never to the extent that it breaks my skin barrier.
