a perfectly good watery toner in every way, just not that exciting. I used it with compressed sheet masks, it was great for that and super economical.
Great value for money and very hydrating. This toner stings when you have a broken skin barrier. It’s also oily when it dries down when sprayed.I find that It works better when using toner pads for application or use it as a face mask.
