Glycerin has also been found to have antimicrobial and antiviral properties. Due to these properties, glycerin is often used in wound and burn treatments.

In one study, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene showed better skin hydration levels than Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride. As an emollient, it helps keep your skin soft and hydrated by trapping moisture in.
Hydrogenated Polyisobutene is often used as a mineral oil replacement.

I’ve been wanting to try Numbuzin for a while, and this cream looked like the perfect fit for my sensitive, hormonal acne prone skin. While it’s not fungal acne safe, this moisturizer doesn’t have dimethicone until the 12th ingredient, and I haven’t found any issues with it so far. Deeply moisturizing
Very nice moisturizer, sits on top of my skin for a couple of minutes before absorbing fully (I apply it to wet skin). Really thick and I go through it quickly - I wish it came in a larger bottle. Because it’s so thick, I feel like I need to use a little more to get even coverage.
