I also have hormonal and fungal acne outbreaks periodically. I never noticed any of the expected results you would get from a vitamin C serum, which makes me think there is not a high enough concentration or stable enough ingredients to really be doing anything. This might work well for people who can only tolerate low doses of vit C.
