Having used this consistently in the morning for a while, I haven’t noticed any benefit. Perhaps, even, a little dryness and irritation.
I used to have dark, baggy under-eyes, but since I’ve been using this product for about a month (mostly at night, though not every day—just when I remembered), all the darkness and puffiness have disappeared. It’s like a miracle! I really love this product. It’s great value for the price, and the design is also very practical—it’s hygienic and prevents product waste.
