The mere thought of it frustrates me. Never have I encountered a product with packaging so challenging to use. The tiny 1mm hole barely allows the thick, gel-like consistency of the cleanser, infused with biodegradable bamboo beads, to be dispensed, turning a simple task into a struggle. Squeezing the bottle needs so much effort, that it makes my hand hurt. Removing the cap isn't an ideal solution either, as it leads to too much product being dispensed at once. Drunk Elephant may excel in aesthetic packaging design, but in terms of functionality, it falls short with this one. I expect a more user-friendly design.
