It appears that the 10% niacinamide concentration is too strong for my skin, as I have previously had positive results with 5% niacinamide. Additionally, the product's higher price point is not justified by the quantity offered (20ml) and the quality of the pump, which feels inexpensive and lacks precision in dispensing the product. This product made me realise im taking Ruruberry for granted lol
