TL;DR: Affordable, non-irritating. Could be a little bit more moisturizing.
I tried this as a sample and liked it, so picked up a full-size version from Stylevana (though it's available on Amazon). I quite like it, and it's kept my under eyes hydrated while traveling abroad on long haul flights and dry climates.
I haven't experienced any stinging or sensitivity from it, and it has not caused any milia, and it plays well with my other skincare products, though I have not yet tried it with concealer yet. Comparatively, it's very affordable and easily acquired. My only con is that I wish it was a bit more deeply hydrating, but overall, I would repurchase and add this as a staple into my skincare routine.

Absorbs speedily & evenly. Makeup suits nicely on it. Packed with peptides. What's not to love?
