Great at hydrating, not sure about de-puffing.
Great at hydrating the eye area, though didn't do much at de-puffing the eyes on my end. I use this as a base before applying 'The Inkey List's Brighten-i Cream'. I find that both products...

I guess it improved my under eyes a bit, but not nearly enough to make me repurchase it. I get watery eyes when I get tired and it stung my eyes every night so I would have to dry it of with a paper towel and I would even feel it the...
