This chemical sunscreen has a modest dewy finish and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. The watery, lightweight lotion dries in under couple of minutes. It doesn't leave any unwanted residue, no greasiness and no stickiness. Plus, there's no white cast, and it doesn't pill when I layer it with other products. Reapplying throughout the day is no issue, and when it's time to cleanse, it washes off effortlessly. However, I've noticed that during the summer months, its hydrating properties can be a bit too much, and therfore tends to make me sweat a bit more. Last but not least: it's cruelty-free, vegan, and reef-safe.
Bought this on a whim because of the hype; glad to say it did not disappoint! It's really smooth against the skin & has an overall nice aftereffect.

Personally, this sunscreen works best if you wear it under makeup on the daily, but not so much with it alone on your face if you have a super oily T-zone. You might need to use one or two blotting tissues to absorb the excess - everyone's skin is different, and mine might just be especially oily. Nonetheless, this sunscreen definitely deserves the hype :)

Feels SO comfortable on the skin, I want to keep using it. I also love that it's FA safe. But it pills after I blend out concealer with a sponge and I wonder how much of it is still on my face after that. It's supposed to be good for sensitive skin and while it's actually calming for my skin overall after I put it on, it also irritates the skin around my eyes - at the end of the day, there's always tiny little red bumps and I need to apply either LRP Cicaplast or Uriage Bariederm-Cica on that area before bed so that they go away by the next morning. I'm tired of doing this every day. I'm changing it to Bea Skincare sunscreen as soon as possible (had my eye on it for some time because the INCI seems so clean) and giving this to my less sensitive boyfriend.
EDIT: tried Bea sunscreen and didn't work out :/

Feels very nice on bare skin but could not find a moisturizer it would work well over. Every product I tried it with caused it to pill up. It also took forever to dry down and is pretty expensive. Wouldn’t buy again.
