Basically, Peg-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil helps hold ingredients together.

Xanthan gum is used as a stabilizer and thickener within cosmetic products. It helps give products a sticky, thick feeling - preventing them from being too runny.

Xanthan gum is a pretty common and great ingredient. It is a natural, non-toxic, non-irritating ingredient that is also commonly used in food products.

It's a huge bottle! It could last over a year. I was worried about the fragrance, but it hasn't irritated my skin. I can use it AM and PM and it's hydrating but not sticky.
