Broke me out! Stop it with the fatty alcohols!
I can tell this is a good product that will yield visible results, however it is way too thick for my combination-oily skin. Even my partner, who has normal skin, found it too heavy. I’m very disappointed as this is specifically marketed also to people with combination skin.

I gave in to the hype and bought the I'm From Rice toner even though I already had this one...what a mistake. The TYF toner absorbs on my fussy, oily skin so much more beautifully and quickly while also not leaving that weird oily residue the I'm From one does. I suppose that one is better suited to dry skins while this toner is also great for oily/combo folks like me.

It's a super hydrating toner, it's denser than an aqueous toner, but the skin absorbs it very quickly and it leaves the sensation of a serum. The skin really becomes brighter and reduces darkness, the results are incredible.
