You might have heard of "niacin flush", or the reddening of skin that causes itchiness. Niacinamide has not been found to cause this.
In very rare cases, some individuals may not be able to tolerate niacinamide at all or experience an allergic reaction to it.

In the long term, it has actually made a difference about my dark spots, but the ingredients confuse me a little: It has a very high concentration of Lemon Extract (around 80%) but in the other hand this ingredient is way less effective than Vitamin-C itself, which also appears in the formula, but so down in the list that I really doubt it's above a 1%. Does what it’s supposed to do. It will fade your marks, especially when you’re consistent with it. Leaves tiny whiteheads though, probably the glycolic acid. But it has most of the lightening agents in it, except for kogic acid. Wait till your face is 100% dry to use it. And the roller ball is a little useless, I just use my finger.
No just no. Every time i put the serum on my face i break out in those same spots.
