This is not a hydrating moisturiser at least not for me, it feels more like a "sealant" to keep the "existing" moisture in/on your skin. I don't find it extremely hydrating or calming but I still enjoy using it almost every day to refresh/rehydrate my skin during the day. It sprays gently and the mist is very fine. And the ingredient list is really good especially for the price.
