Helps fade inflammatory hyperpigmentation, but slowly
It took about 18 months of once- to twice-daily use of this to fade my melasma patches to being unnoticeable. It was re-triggered by a recent holiday and sunburn, and I'm not willing to wait that long for them to fade this time. I don't plan to buy this again.
