Thick cream. I find it too thick for my face most days, so I’m using it on the rest of my body instead. Light, pleasant scent. Doesn’t appear to irritate me, but like the toner, it doesn’t actually have any “cooling” effect to it. Not sure if I’ll repurchase or not, but the container is cute and sturdy.
