Ingredients Explained

These ingredients are found in both products.

Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.

Skin Conditioning, Solvent

Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.

So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.

You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!

i really wanted to love it :(
this oil cleanser just doesn’t work for my skin. it breaks me out when i try and use it. i’m sure some other people would enjoy this but it’s just not for my skin. 😕

(this has a tropical-ish fruity smell which i enjoy)

Skinsort says it's a mediocre match for me but I find that it makes my skin smoother and it does a decent job in exfoliating my skin. Really convenient to carry around as I usually transfer to a smaller container when travelling.

(Tried Apr 2023) I will say for a cleansing balm it works very well and the amount of product you receive for the price is also a great, so it makes for a great budget buy. My main complaints are due to the strong scent and how it can be a bit irritating if it sits around the eye area for too long.
