While Shea Butter has an SPF rating of about 3-4, it is not a sunscreen replacement.

It has a nice, light, "watery" consistency that feels great on the skin and smells wonderful. A little goes a long way keeping hands hydrated for a long time. It absorbs quickly so there's no greasy residue. Plus it's priced really well for the quality. Highly recommend!
