This soothes my super dry, sensitive skin when it’s in hyperreactive mode. Dimethicone is #2 on the ingredients list, which would normally be a big NO for me, but it doesn’t feel like a silicone-heavy cream. I want to like this cream… it is moisturizing but that’s about it. I haven’t been able to use it consistently to see if it has any calming effect because every time I use it, it ends up pilling. Sometimes it pills instantly. Other times when I think it’s absorbed, by the end of the day I rub my face and I see blue pilling on my hand from the lotion that didn’t absorb. Not worth the price.
