Polysorbate 60 is used to help stabilize products. It is a surfactant and emulsifier. These properties help keep ingredients together in a product. Okay. It's clean so that's nice. Didn't do too much by itself so I had to layer this on top of another waterproof mascara (Covergirl Lash Blast).
