Ingredients Explained
These ingredients are found in both products.
Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.
Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.
So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.
You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!
Learn more about WaterBetaine is a common humectant (a substance that promotes retention of moisture). It's known to be gentle on the skin and can help balance hydration.
Betaine is best for improving hydration and soothing irritated skin. Studies show betaine may help with uneven skin tones.
Betaine is naturally created in the skin and body. The form found within cosmetic products can be either plant-dervied or synthetic.
Learn more about BetainePanthenol is a common ingredient that helps hydrate and soothe the skin. It can be found naturally in our skin and hair.
This ingredient is also referred to as pro-vitamin B5 or dexpanthenol in dermatology.
Panthenol is famous due to its ability to go deeper into the skin's layers. Using this ingredient has numerous pros (and no cons):
Like hyaluronic acid, panthenol is a humectant. Humectants are able to bind and hold large amounts of water to keep skin hydrated.
Once oxidized, panthenol converts to pantothenic acid. Panthothenic acid is found in all living cells.
Learn more about PanthenolHydroxyethylcellulose is used to improve the texture of products. It is created from a chemical reaction involving ethylene oxide and alkali-cellulose. Cellulose is a sugar found in plant cell walls and help give plants structure.
Hydroxyethylcellulose helps stabilize products by preventing ingredients from separating. It can also help thicken the texture of a product.
This ingredient can also be found in pill medicines to help our bodies digest other ingredients.

Horoscope: 5 points are very good!
I'd like to leave a candid review of Clears' Supple Presentation Unsent Toner.
First of all, one of the biggest advantages of this toner is that it has no scent. This product was perfect for me with scent-sensitive skin. I was able to use it without any burden on my skin even though I didn't have a strong scent like other products.
The texture of the toner was lightweight and absorbed quickly. It felt fresh without stickiness even when applied to the skin, and it provided moisture, especially without any oiliness.
It also had an excellent effect in terms of hydration. After using it, my skin was able to feel alive as if it were reviving, and I felt that my skin tone improved after a long period of constant use.
The toner didn't have a large capacity, so it was convenient to carry around and perfect for everyday use. Also, it was compatible with other skincare products, so it wasn't burdensome to integrate into the routine.
Clears Supple Presentation Unsent Toner has no scent, so it is less irritating to the skin, and I think it is an excellent product for taking care of the skin condition by properly hydrating it. It is especially recommended for those with sensitive skin.
In total, the Clears Supple Presentation Unsent Toner was a perfect blend for effective hydration and fragrance-sensitive skin, and it was really satisfying.

it is unscented, hydrating and doesn't have any actives, so it's good to use with retinol and vitamin c!
