Ingredients Explained

These ingredients are found in both products.

Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.

Skin Conditioning, Solvent

Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.

So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.

You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!

Really wanted to like this

HG, for now.
F**king sunscreen, man. It can be a battle for those of us with sensitive, clog-prone, acneic skin. This tube is one of the most soothing & gentle formulas I've ever used. Mineral, with Caprylic Acid and a little bit of glycerin. Doesn't break me out. It's a basic formula and probably only suitable for lighter skin or those who don't mind a white-cast. I'm white/fair and I find it Show more

This is my current go to, every day sunscreen. It has worked well under liquid or powder foundation, or on its own. It does not break me out or irritate my skin. Fungal acne safe. I get it from my local Sephora.
