Standard Vitamin C Toner, but it smells like floor cleaner..?

These pads are soaked with a lot of serum inside and these are really good for hydration and soothing my dry and acne prone skin.
Current favorite soothing and moisturizing toner pads. So much serum and very soft which is perfect for irritated skin. Not as calming for redness as some others but definitely very gentle and moisturizing
