Got this as a gift a few years ago from influencer hype. It was average for a toner. Did not repurchase.
It is a nice soothing and hydrating toner that helped with the clogged pores on my nose. Rose water works really well with my skin. But it is nothing special, and using 100% rose water gives me the same result.
