This ingredient is usually derived from plant oils such as palm, vegetable, or coconut oils. There is debate on whether this ingredient will cause acne.
Due to the fatty acid base, this ingredient may not be Malassezia folliculitis safe.

my dry skin loves it!!!!! Can’t recommend enough. Been using since forever. Recovered my skin barrier when I was using Tretinoin along with snail mucin from cosarx
this is the best moisturiser ever the only thing that i dont like about it its that its absorbs pretty hard but thats because its a thicker formula.

I don't like CeraVe's products, my skin doesn't agree with them. This one seemed fine but I used it on my body just to finish the tube. Not gonna repurchase.
