TL;DR: Affordable, non-irritating. Could be a little bit more moisturizing.
I tried this as a sample and liked it, so picked up a full-size version from Stylevana (though it's available on Amazon). I quite like it, and it's kept my under eyes hydrated while traveling abroad on long haul flights and dry climates.
I haven't experienced any stinging or sensitivity from it, and it has not caused Show more
I have such sensitive skin around my eyes, due to surgeries and long-term medication, that Vitamin C burns and causes blepharitis. I was hoping this would be the brightening solution, but it unfortunately has aggravated my skin conditions. It works to brighten and firm, so if your skin isn’t highly sensitive, I would recommend.
