Just get rid of it.
St. Ives should literally just rebrand as a foot scrub because these are wayy too rough for the skin.. If you own any of their products please throw it away or use it as a body scrub. I owned this scrub, and the first time I used it, it was literally so hard to wash off and my skin was left extremely damaged.
