This ingredient is a camphor derivative that offers UV-B (290-320 nm) protection. It is both a UV absorber and filter.
4-Methylbenzylidene Camphor is approved in the EU and Canada. It is not approved in the US and Japan.
Phenoxyethanol is a preservative that has germicide, antimicrobial, and aromatic properties. Studies show that phenoxyethanol can prevent microbial growth. By itself, it has a scent that is similar to that of a rose.
It's often used in formulations along with Caprylyl Glycol to preserve the shelf life of products.

Very light weight and gentle on the skin. It may look a little shiny if you put too much, so just dab a little on your finger tips and pat on face gently. It won’t look too shined afterward. As for ingredients, it looks the same on the bottle as is mentioned here.

It was awfully oily and sticky, would not recommend to someone with oily skin, it may be better for whose with dry skin, but since my skin is fairly oily, it really wasn't for me. And application process was messy. The formula wasn't really good at all, it left a white cast and the packaging claims to be kids friendly but it really isn't
