Plum Goodness Niacinamide 10% Serum with Rice Water 27 ingredients
Even though it has a high concentration of niacinamide, it is very soothing. It is actually better than the ordinary 10% niacinamide (which did not work for me). This product truly healed my breakout that was caused by the ordinary serum. This serum has also faded my dark spots and given me a glow.
