I now understand the praise this product has received because now it is one of my favorites too! The consistency is more on the watery side, so I was surprised that not only is this product hydrating, but moisturizing as well because it is very effective at locking in that hydration. I personally think that this is an underrated toner. It was a thick consistency but still liquidy. It goes on so nicely it’s honestly perfect for summer/spring time when you want hydration but something like a milky toner is to heavy. I was nervous about this at first because I didn't think it would do anything to help my skin. However, this is a really solid toner that helps soothe my skin a lot, and it feels nice going on. It does take some time to dry, but it's worth it.
