Light but moisturizing
I now understand the praise this product has received because now it is one of my favorites too! The consistency is more on the watery side, so I was surprised that not only is this product hydrating, but moisturizing as well because it is very effective at locking in that hydration. Mildly hydrating, application feels slick with light film due to high concentrations of hyaluronic acid. I personally felt the toner absorbed well but did not leave my skin feeling plump and hydrated but instead kind of evaporated out of my skin when waiting for it to dry before applying vitamin c
Noticed some calming benefits and it preps the skin well for the next steps but as someone who also craves lots of hydration from my toners this isn’t for me.
