I love how soft my hair is after application, but it irritated my skin and gave me a rash on my neck. I reduced to use only 1 pump and I don't get as much irritation while still keeping the softness. Also, though not a curling product, this essence helped to curl my hair much better, compared to Fino. This does that much better.
Update: I no longer get rashes with more applications :)
