i was trying to find a cruelty free micellar water since garnier’ so aren’t company isn’t CR. tried this and it works to clean face in morning, but isn’t good at removing makeup & burns my eyes if i try to use it to remove eyeliner/mascara.
CeraVe Hydrating Micellar Water 19 ingredients
TL;DR: Gentle micellar water with very lipid-nourishing ingredients for your skin barrier. Affordable. Non-stripping.
Note: The toner sibling of this product doesn't play well with a lot of people's skin, but please don't let this deter your from trying this; it's really, really good!

Works pretty well, relatively affordable and available. No smell. ph a bit high (around 7), but doesn’t seem to irritate my skin.
