It does have a subtly medicine smell but I think that's because of the ingredients, it's soothing and not too overpowering. It did what it was supposed to do. Unfortunately, it also broke me out in places I don't usually get acne (cheek and above the mouth). I suspect the culprit is the coconut alkanes so high in the ingredient list. Beware if you are acne-prone.
I mean, it is great, maybe for dry skin not enough hydration. It didn’t cause me breakouts or irritation, but overall, it’s okay. However, for the price, there are definitely better options. It does what it’s supposed to do.
