This bacteria is used to make the traditional Korean side-dish, kimchi. It is also used to make sourdough bread (both incredibly yummy foods).

I don't know what magic they put in these things but my skin absolutely loves them. Soothing, hydrating, healing - these do it all. There's a reason they're one of the most popular products in Korea.
Also don't forget to squeeze all the product out of the mask! I usually replace some of my toner and serum steps with this when I use it, and I save the product that's left in the pouch and do the same with that product the following evening.
