I like both physical and chemical exfoliants. I was using this before I knew I had fungal acne..So do NOT use it if you also have that. It will irritate your skin, causing raised bumps as well as more white heads. BUT I think this is a good option for those with normal acne and if you aren't allergic to pineapple. It works really well with deeply cleansing your skin. But don't use it everyday, or else you will get small little bumps like I did. It also dried out my skin. I get the best results from this using it once a week and when it's used after the clay mask version.
