Ingredients Side-by-side
Ingredients Explained
These ingredients are found in both products.
Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.
1,2-Hexanediol is a multi-tasker ingredient. It acts as a preservative to increase shelf-life and can aid other preservatives in preventing microbe growth. 1,2-Hexanediol also helps the skin retain moisture as a humectant.
In products that are water-based, this ingredient can help stabilize perfumes and fragrances. It can also help make the texture of products softer and more smooth.

Waste of money,CLEARLY didnt work for me
I wanted to start a vitamin c and after reading a lot of reviews saying this is a good choice for beginners, i decided to purchase it. I started using it once every three to four days just to see if it would cause any sensitivities. At first there were no problems but no results either (even after a month) i made sure to keep the bottle away from the sun but it still oxidized way too fast. Eventually i had dermatitis on my face and i blamed it on this serum (even though i have my suspicions that it could be another product - the la roche possay cicaplast) i was using both at that time so i decided to throw both.
