My main skin concern is dryness/dehydration. I find many medium-body non-comedogenic moisturizers not moisturizing enough, or that they dry more matte than I'd like. I mix 2-3 drops of this into my last step cream moisturizer for an extra boost of dew, avoiding my nose if it feels too oily.

This was hydrating, but that's where the positives end. For a "hydrating" cleanser this has THREE harsh irritating alcohols and two of them are in the first five ingredients (they're in higher concentrations than most of the other ingredients).
