It might be a bit early to give a good review, but I’ve been using this for a week now and I’m shocked at how well it’s working for me! I have Rosacea (Papulopustular/Acne) and EXTREMELY reactive/sensitive skin. I’m basically semi allergic to every single product on earth and literally CANNOT wear sunscreen or 99.9% of moisturisers.

I’ve been using this product for over a month now. My acne prone skin is noticeably clearer, far less red and the hormonal breakouts that I do have are substantially smaller and less inflamed. Did nothing for my fungal acne. Actually did nothing at all.
(Compared to my cheap no-name Russian brand Azelaic acid cream which worked wonders).
Paula's Choice at it again with cetearyl alcohol high up on the ingredient list. I'm disappointed by their ingredients fairly consistently now.
