I applied this product to my arms following a shower and almost immediately I got a rash of itchy red spots on my skin - suspect some form of...

I applied this product to my arms following a shower and almost immediately I got a rash of itchy red spots on my skin - suspect some form of contact dermatitis. Only cleared up by applying medicated hydrocortisone cream.
