I like to slather this on my feet before putting on socks. It smells wonderful and keeps my skin in such great shape. Follow with Vaseline for an even greater benefit. Also great for knees, elbows or wherever you have issues with rough dry itchy skin.
Soothes rough feet,elbows, and knees like no other and smells divine. Can be a little greasy feeling.
E45 Moisturising Body Lotion 13 ingredients
Used this when I developed dermatagraphia and worked well for a while but I believe this has caused me cysts on my forehead and definetley increased my oiliness. I’ve yet to try a different moisturiser to see if it’s true but I have a gut feeling
