Doesn't hydrate at all, feels almost sandy when absorbed, also triggered my acne.
Best best moisturiser for me I've combination skin but it didn't trigger my skin and I've not seen any bumps problems definitely worth it ππ©·

Iβve been using this COSRX Toner for the past two months, and while itβs currently the only hydrating toner that works for me, Iβm not 100% satisfied.

If you have oily skin this is a great toner. It didn't feel moisturizing enough for me, so I just use it on summer days. I won't be repurchasing but just for that exact reason, otherwise it's a great product.
Absorbs somewhat quickly into the skin, leaving a refreshing sensation. Has no smell.
