Ingredients Explained
These ingredients are found in both products.
Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.
Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.
So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.
You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. Talk about multi-purpose! If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!

Works ok as a cleanser but very drying
I have combination skin, prone to both acne and dryness with some excess sebum areas. I had high hopes for this cleanser and it worked ok at first (even seemed to soothe some blemishes though not any of the hormonal breakouts) and does its job as a cleanser but ultimately it's very drying, so much so that even my thickest face cream isn't fixing it as of right now. I think it's likely due to high concentration of tea tree essential oil (the product smells of it strongly) which can have its skin benefits but can also be very drying.
