Ingredients Explained
These ingredients are found in both products.
Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.
Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.
So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.
You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!
Learn more about WaterXanthan gum is used as a stabilizer and thickener within cosmetic products. It helps give products a sticky, thick feeling - preventing them from being too runny.
On the technical side of things, xanthan gum is a polysaccharide - a combination consisting of multiple sugar molecules bonded together.
Xanthan gum is a pretty common and great ingredient. It is a natural, non-toxic, non-irritating ingredient that is also commonly used in food products.
Learn more about Xanthan GumEthylhexylglycerin (we can't pronounce this either) is commonly used as a preservative and skin softener. It is derived from glyceryl.
You might see Ethylhexylglycerin often paired with other preservatives such as phenoxyethanol. Ethylhexylglycerin has been found to increase the effectiveness of these other preservatives.

I’ve only recently bought this product and have used it for about a a month and a half and I already LOVE it so much.
It works so well for my dry sensitive fungal acne prone skin. I use this in the evening for my double cleanse, it doesn’t dry or irritate my skin at all. I really recommend this product.
I only managed to find this on amazon but the price is good for the amount that you get.
An actually fantastic cleanser for the price point. Quite liquidy so you don't have to use a lot of product. In comparison to the Dr Sam's cleanser I was using before, this feels a lot easier to move across the face, causing less friction and irritation. It has never dried out my skin at all and doesn't have any problematic ingredients for me.

I incorporated this product into my routine slowly since I usually always have a difficult time finding moisturizers that work for me long-term. I’ve been successfully using this moisturizer for my morning and evening routines for a month and it’s working wonderfully for my skin!
I have oily acne and congestion-prone skin and I feel it provides me with adequate moisture while not breaking me Show more
This is not a hydrating moisturiser at least not for me, it feels more like a "sealant" to keep the "existing" moisture in/on your skin. My skin being dry/dehydrated, this is a big disappointment like it barely works as a day cream and that’s only because my sunscreen is right on top providing somewhat of a moisturising effect/sensation. On top of that, it literally irritated my skin around my Show more
