I personally think that this is an underrated toner. It was a thick consistency but still liquidy. It goes on so nicely it’s honestly perfect for summer/spring time when you want hydration but something like a milky toner is to heavy. This is also a great toner for anyone who is fighting fungal acne. I have dry sensitive rosacea prone skin. When I use this it has a cooling and calming sensation Show more
I was nervous about this at first because I didn't think it would do anything to help my skin. However, this is a really solid toner that helps soothe my skin a lot, and it feels nice going on. It does take some time to dry, but it's worth it.
