I personally think that this is an underrated toner. It was a thick consistency but still liquidy. It goes on so nicely it’s honestly perfect for summer/spring time when you want hydration but something like a milky toner is to heavy. I was nervous about this at first because I didn't think it would do anything to help my skin. However, this is a really solid toner that helps soothe my skin a lot, and it feels nice going on. It does take some time to dry, but it's worth it.

I’d go so far to say this is better, even, than Torriden’s hyaluronic acid serum! This is soooooo good, so affordable, and so effective. Five stars.
